How to Increase your Manifestation Quotient
To be fair, you have to have a very high MQ to become rich and successful...
The LOA is the a law that maintains you attract what you focus on.
Contrary to what LOA experts may claim, not everyone has the same proficiency with the LOA, two people can visualize the same thing with the same techniques and produce very different outcomes.
This is because not everyone has the same Manufesting Quotient. MQ is the power of your thoughtforms, the stronger your thoughtforms, the greater the speed and probability and of your thoughtforms becoming reality.
MQ is made up at least 3 attributes:
Mental Energy: The amount of mental energy one possess. This is the most important factor as it increases the other two attributes(Foucs, Visualization) and increases one factor(Emotion). M is the secret to achieving your desires quickly.
Visualization: the vivid characteristics of your mental thoughtforms in your mind; The touch, taste, sound smell, shape and solidness. This is what makes you cry when you visualizeeating an onion. The more M you have when creating an image, the more realistic they will be.
Focus: the degree to which you can hold the visualization your mind. How long can you contrentrate on a mental image? The longer you can hold the image continuously, the better. The greater your M, the longer you can focus on your image.
There are at least 4 factors that go into thoughtforms becoming realized. They don't directly affect your MQ but they do increase the speed and probability of achieving your object.
Belief: The degree to which you think the object is attainable.
Emotion: The emotional reaction you have when you attain or interact with the object in you mind. How do you feel when you acquire that wealth? How do you feel when you are standing at the alter with your future spouse? Emotional power and mental energy go hand and hand.
Length: the total length of time focused on the thought-from.
note: continuous L is said to become Exponential or compound every 15 or 17 seconds according some LOA experts.
Time: the amount of time from the creation of the thoughtform to the acquisition of the object.
Based on my personal experience and the testimony of practitioners I believe the winning formula is as followes:
If thought-forms compound every 15 or 17 seconds L could be eventually become L², L³ L⁴ ect.
Now, here's how to specifically increase your MQ:
1. Fasting 💧
70% of the bodies energy is used to digest, assimilate and eliminate food. When Fasting, your body uses more of its energy to repair itself.
After about 12 hours of Fasting, MQ is increased up to 10 times because of the increase of Mental energy, the first time you fast you might actually have less M because of fatigue via detox, that's why you should work yourself up to it.
Start Fasting in 4, 6, or 8 hours increments until you can fast 24 hours without fatigue and you're ready to go.
Dry Fasting is even more powerful - after about 12 hours of dry fasting MQ is multiplied by up to 50 times provided that your body is conditioned to it. Work your way up like with regular fasting.
Never dry fast for an x amount of time unless you can comfortably water fast for the same amount of time. Only dry fast for 24 hours unless you can easily water fast for 24 hours.
If you Consciously create thoughtforms while dry Fasting the speed at witch your desires are realized will shock you!
2. Clean Eating 🍏
Since 70% of the bodies energy is used for food, eating food easy to digest is simple way to increase MQ. Chewing your food well lowers the tax on your body as well.
Artifical colors, preservatives and the crap you can't pronounce on labels interfere with your ability to hold a mental image and lowers the vividness of the thoughtform - thoughforms simply will not be as realistic as they should be and your attention will drift from your object. Continuous visualization is very important and a healthy body has superior concentration than a unhealthy one.
Any food or drink that artificially stimulates the body should removed from your diet.
A plant based or paelo diet is recommended.
3. Empty Stomach ⚡
The less waste you have in your intestinal track the greater your emotional power, focus and visualization because of the increase in M. Affirmations, meditations, and creative visualizations should be performed on an empty stomach, preferably while fasting.
Over the years, undigested food builds up in the intestinal track giving one a pot belly. Potbellies can be eliminated with a Raw Food diet combined with mastication, but this isn't realistic for most people.

Meditation increases attention span(focus) and the vividness of your thoughtforms.
